DR ANNA KACZOR

President of the Foundation’s Management Board

Anna Kaczor, with extensive experience in working in business and scientific environments, is a specialist in the field of women’s rights and European policies. Her education at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Jan Kochanowski University focused on integrating science with the needs of business. Anna Kaczor is a graduate of the Henryka Bochniarz Academy of Women Leaders. As a leader, she constantly strives to strengthen the position of our Foundation as a bridge between business and public institutions. She is a member of numerous opinion-forming and advisory bodies, where she represents the interests of the economic community. She is involved in the work of the Monitoring Committee of the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie program for 2021-2027.

With deep knowledge from the Kielce University of Technology and the Kozminski University – Biznes.ai studies: artificial intelligence project management, Wioletta Molęda specializes in the creation and implementation of business results. Her over twenty-year career includes both consulting and digital project management, which makes her an invaluable advisor for the innovative solutions search module.

Karol Kaczmarski, graduate of the Świętokrzyska University and the Leon Koźmiński Academy, MBA studies – digital transformation. He is an expert in business modeling and digital transformation strategies. His ability to create effective concepts and design models helped obtain financing for projects worth over PLN 150 million. Member of the Monitoring Committee of the European Funds for Eastern Poland program for 2021-2027.

A graduate of Jan Kochanowski University, Anna Zarazka uses her analytical skills and economic tips to support the entity in acquiring management and financial management. Her specialization in entrepreneurial finance and data analytics is the foundation for our clients in financing their innovative programs. MARIUSZ ŚNIOCH

Graduate of the Kielce University of Technology (faculty of construction), completed postgraduate studies in “Banking and Finance” and participated in numerous trainings and workshops, including: in the field of financing investment projects and enterprise valuation. An expert with over 20 years of experience working in large banks (including Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Alior Bank S.A.) as a credit analyst for large enterprises. Over 10 years of experience in running your own business as a business advisor. His extensive knowledge, experience and analytical skills have helped many companies from various industries obtain funding for investment projects.
