ANNA KACZOR, Ph.D

President of the Management Board of the Industrial Development Foundation, Director of the Świętokrzyskie Office of the
“Lewiatan” Association of Private Employers,Coordinator of the Europe Direct Kielce European Commission Network Contact Point. More than 12 years of experience working in business environment institutions, supporting and advising business environment and representing its interests. Doctor of Philosophy in the field of women’s rights and situation in Poland and the European Union. Graduate of AGH University of Kraków and Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.

Wioletta Molęda

Chief business project expert. More than 20 years of professional experience in work for business environment organisations, including running her own consulting business. Expert in the creation, development and implementation of business projects. Advisor in the field of applying for external funding, preparing and settling applications together with attachments “for grants”. Graduate of Kielce University of Technology and Koźminski University in the field of Business.ai: artificial intelligence project management.

Łukasz Syska

Board member of the Industrial Development Foundation. Specialist in EU funds. From 2005 he has been active in the field of training, consultancy and advisory services for individual and institutional clients from the private and public sector. Coordinator and manager of over a dozen partnership projects. Author and co-author of projects worth over PLN 250 million. Expert in financial analyses and business models and in the area of energy transition. Graduate of Kielce University of Technology and Collegium Civitas – MBA in Energy and Climate Policy Management.

Karol Kaczmarski

Advisor, Board Member of the Industrial Development Foundation, Vice President of the “Lewiatan” Świętokrzyskie Association of Private Employers. Author and co-author of investment applications for financing of approximately PLN 150 million. He gained experience in business environment institutions, with which he has been involved for 15 years. He specialises in business modelling, business strategies, especially in the areas of digital transformation. Graduate of Akademia Świętokrzyska in Kielce and Kozminski University, MBA studies – digital transformation.
